1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using AspireMentorEdge.com, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using any part of our site or services.
2. Description of Offerings
2.1 Coaching Services
AspireMentorEdge provides one-on-one and group guidance sessions designed to support personal and professional growth. These sessions are scheduled by appointment and delivered by certified mentors.
2.2 Digital Materials
Digital resources such as e-guides, workbooks, and online courses are available for purchase or download.
2.3 Physical Products
Branded merchandise and printed editions related to our coaching topics may be offered for sale.
3. Billing and Payment
All fees are due at the time of booking or purchase. Payments may be made through the methods displayed on our site. Failure to complete payment may result in cancellation of your order or appointment.
4. Refund Policy
4.1 Coaching Services
Cancellations received at least 48 hours before a scheduled session are eligible for a full refund of the paid amount or may be transferred to a future session upon request. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the session start time are not eligible for a refund but may be rescheduled once at no additional charge, subject to mentor availability. No-show appointments result in forfeiture of the paid amount.
4.2 Digital Materials
Requests for a refund of digital downloads must be submitted within 7 days of purchase and only if less than 20 percent of the resource has been accessed or downloaded. Such requests may be granted at our discretion. Once digital content has been fully downloaded, no refunds will be issued.
4.3 Physical Products
Defective items or those damaged during shipping may be sent back within 14 days of receipt. To initiate a send back request, please complete the form on our contact form and include proof of purchase. After inspection, we will replace the item or refund the purchase price. Shipping costs for send back items will be covered by AspireMentorEdge if the send back request is a result of our error.
5. Rescheduling Policy
To reschedule a coaching session, please submit your request at least 48 hours before the original appointment via our contact form. Rescheduling requests made less than 48 hours in advance will be subject to availability and may incur a deferred session policy.
6. No-Refund Services
Certain events, workshops, or premium packages may be explicitly marked as nonrefundable. Such designations will be clearly stated at the time of purchase and justified by the preparatory resource allocation and limited seating. By selecting a nonrefundable option, you acknowledge that the payment is final.
7. Changes to These Terms
We may revise these terms at any time by updating this page. Continued use of AspireMentorEdge.com after changes have been posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
